ProSight Specialty Insurance (now Coaction Global) is a commercial property and casualty carrier that protects complex, high-stakes industries—ranging from global media productions and celebrities to marine contractors and solar installations.

I joined ProSight as the third designer on the team, playing a key role in pioneering the UX practice. My mission was to introduce modern, user-centered design to a traditionally conservative industry, transforming how brokers and underwriters manage specialized commercial risk.

In the highly regulated world of commercial insurance, software must balance extreme technical precision with operational speed.
