I joined in 2018 as the third designer on the team, helping pioneer the UX practice and introduce user-centered design to a traditionally conservative industry.
Throughout these changes, I stayed grounded in core UX principles and processes, leading efforts such as:
- Conducting continuous user research to uncover needs, identify opportunities, and validate solutions.
- Creating rapid prototypes and production-ready mockups for swift implementation.
- Designing and documenting a new design system while building multiple products in parallel.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions aligned with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
